The Best Green Juice Recipes

Here is a list of the best green juice recipes.

Basic Green Juice

- 2 kale leaves
- 2 granny Smith Apples
- handful of parsley
- handful of spinach

Essential 10 Juice

This is great for eyes, skin, mood, and energy levels!

- 1 cucumber
- 1 beet
- 1 gala Apple
- 3 celery Ribs
- 4 carrots
- double handful of kale or spinach
- 1/2 Red Pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- a slice of onion

Paradise Green Juice

- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 3 leaves of Kale
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro
- 1 to 2 Carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red Apple ( If you need to sweeten it up )

 

Detox Green Juice

- 3 stalks of Celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 1 red Apple

Big Green Juice

-  a bunch of green kale, spinach, collard greens and water cress
- 3 carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 tomato
- 1 Red Apple

 

Dr. Oz’s Green Breakfast Juice

- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups cucumber
- 1 head of celery
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 apples
- 1 lime
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 inch or teaspoon ginger root

 

Popeye’s Power Green Juice

- handful of spinach
- handful of parsley
- 4 carrots

 

The Good Stuff Green Juice

- 5 carrots
- 5 celery ribs
- handful of kale
- handful of spinach
- 3 apples
- 1/2 cucumber
- 10-15 cherry tomatoes or 1 whole medium-sized tomato

  1. Is any water used in the recipes? Serving size info would be helpful.

    • Hi Ed,
      No, water is not used in any of the juice recipes as it would dilute all the nutrients in the juice. The recipes are all for one serving, unless otherwise stated. But you can always drink as little or as much as you want.
